"O-Type Hypergiant is set in a distant future where humanity can travel vast
distances by physically folding spacetime. Spacetime folding ships collapse
stars into two-dimensional points and store them inside boxes called stellar
occluder cores, harnessing the entirety of their vast energetic outputs.

Humans have sent innumerable semi-disposable, manufactured humanoids
to act as their proxies in exploration and the cataloging of new stars that
might be suitable for conversion. Mixed from commercial powders that co-
alesce into new, initially-identical people, Instamen have been designed to
be efficient, collaborative and deeply compatible to reduce the effect of
space-related stresses. Fraternization is integral to their nature.

Jamie, James, and Jim are three JAMES brand Instamen who have been
struggling to reconcile their pre-programmed instincts with the inclinations
they've developed with age. Their spacetime folding ship suffers a critical
malfunction which forces a rapid shift in their existential priorities.
